How does the free MOT work?+
Your MOT is free when it's carried out alongside any other service or repair. If nothing else is due, members pay just £19 for a standalone MOT. If your car doesn't pass, there are no retest fees — and you're never obliged to have repairs done with us.
How long does membership last?+
Membership runs for 12 months, and we'll offer you a renewal when it's due. Joining is free for a limited time — normally £69.
Which cars are covered?+
Every BMW in your household — just complete one quick sign-up per car. M cars are absolutely included.
How do the discounts work?+
Members get 30% off repair labour (servicing is already at discounted member rates) and 15% off OE-specification parts. Discounts apply from the day you join.
Are courtesy cars really free?+
Yes — members just cover the insurance for the loan period, or insure themselves on the courtesy car.
